LEARN HOW TO RECOGNIZE, UNDERSTAND, AND RESPOND TO SIGNS OF MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE USE CHALLENGES IN YOUTH.
Join us for free, in-person suicide prevention trainings designed to strengthen our ability to recognize, respond to, and support individuals experiencing a mental health or suicide-related crisis.
Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches adults how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in adolescents (ages 12–18). Participants learn practical skills to recognize warning signs, offer initial support, and connect youth with appropriate professional, peer, social, or self-help resources.
