HUD’s Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program
Up to 10 communities (at least 4 rural) will be awarded between $1 million and $15 million per community to develop and implement a Coordinated Community Plan to prevent and end youth homelessness. Request funding for a 2-year grant term that will be eligible for renewal under the Program.
The YHDP builds upon the USICH vision of a coordinated community response released in September 2015 by providing resources to the chosen communities to design and implement this approach.
